What Do You Do to Overcome Self Deception?

i've been having a tough time to transmit what i once transmitted, but in a compact form that is still powerful enough so that they understand what i'm talking about and see the world a little bit different. But that has been difficult, because it's hard to change people's world views. So imagine that you have those two types of people, and you can give them a very short, condensed argument. I mean, it doesn't have to be argumentative, but, you know, ttry to try to tried to see them where that middle ground is for those two type of people.
