Video Games Can Challenge Your Intelligence
The study was comparing different kinds of screen time on young people and its impact on cognitive abilities. They followed almost 10,000 kids for two years between the age of nine and ten. Those who played more video games increased their intelligence by approximately 2.5 IQ points over the average those who watch TV or use social media. There was no significant observed effect positive or negative but I thought that was interesting that video games maybe had a place to like challenge your brain yeah.
