The labor participation rate of prime age men, 25, 54, you know what? It was 96, 97 % in the fifties. Now it's now down to 88%. Which means no one out of eight prime age man doesn't have a job. And so where are all these guys? Are they really all house husbands, taking care of the kids? Well, the answers, very few of them are. But it's difficult to know how they get by. Theyare obviously not starving, at least we know that.
