In 2014 you moved to an entirely new organization to JCPenney. Why did you decide to leave Home Depot for JCPenneys, which at the time was like a failing legacy company? Well, a couple of things happened. Frank Blake decided to retire. And so when that happened, it was pretty clear that my role at Home Depot was very secure.
