Why Should We Trust Wine Experts?

Wine expert Hugh Johnson said he'd always like a lesser wine if it had more to say. We can have sensations that give us a lot of pleasure and we can repeat the doughs, but eventually we get bored with them. I think human beings are such that if you keep giving them the same experience, their senses are dulled. That search for difference will lead them increasingly on to attain more to what they're having and to select better.
