The North Korean Invasion, or Did They Move First?

There is ongoing speculation as to what Southern troops were doing in the town of Haiju on June 25th. This is still inconclusive with existing evidence pointing both ways. The South did not put down the land mines that the US had provided to them. And the reason was they didn't want land mines in the way of their invasion.
