The Ego Delusion in Fomo
The ego delusion in fomo is that it's down the road, somewhere else. So i practise, much as i described with the other woman, of just feeling the anxtness, feeling it, but also sensing that loving presence that's right here. And till what i found happened for me is it really did become a portal,. because i felt this increasing aliveness that what i was seeking was right here and i would share with people.
