Is There a Moral Side Constraint Between Nosek and Ralls?

This is clearly a point of disagreement between the different views of nosek and ralls. Nosek thinks whenever you advocate for a state that's supposed to redistribute wealth from one group of people to another, you are doing harm to some one who has not consented to be harmed. To nosic, is a back handed, covert way of implementing forced labor on your citizens. Tenosic says when you truly take people's rights seriously and don't harm them without their consent, then you realize that doing something wrong is never ok just because you think it'll lead to good results.
