Isometric Work Is Good for Bodybuilding

I think bodybuilding is cool, but how can you make sure to keep the integrity of a way your body moves top of mind as your triceps are getting bigger? I'm never going to stop bicep curling and doing other movements. Luckily, I do have jujitsu, which is something that has your whole body work together. But I also figure out ways to get as long of a range and get as much of my body potentially working towards that movement.
