I think one of the things you've done so well is you've been really, I don't know how much of this was intentional, how much that happened. It's interesting. Sometimes people are a little squeamish about like admitting to me that they listen to another business podcast in addition to coaching for leaders. And I always think that's really funny of like, of course you would. Part of this is like getting perspective from so many different places.

Jorge Alzate Jorge Alzate is a senior R&D manager at PepsiCo, an active leader in Toastmasters, and an alum of the Coaching for Leaders Academy.
