Nietzsche's State

The state, the political superstructure that organizes mankind, it forms as a cruel tool of nature. It's forged as an objectification of instinct, but over time the iron clamp of the state constrains the natures of its inhabitants such that they begin to form collective values. And so Nietzsche says that when we go back to look at the origin of the state, we ought to be horrified. Its origins are bloody and violent, states come out of these sudden outbursts of a barbarian people which always result in destruction.
