How Do You Communicate With People?
When i was a graduate sosan, i felt very different. I wanted communication to be different somehow in physics but i had no psychological concept. When i moved to biology and dented my peachty, just to try out biology, i found that there other cultures exist in science. And then doing theatre is slowly got more like tools, et cetera. But i didn't make connected ots thiy made a lot of mistakes,. sayd aleka as a mentor in the beginning, cause they didn't know how to listen. So it would hire people without knowing who they were, and they start fighting. Now i devote part of my time doing workshops for new faculty members
