What Is Resilience?

i define resilience in terms of two related abilities, robustness and adaptability. Shiemahi describes resilience as the ability to persevere having experiencing obstacles and setbacks. He says it is probably the most important trait, not only for succeeding in life, but also for enjoying life. So i just want to give a shadow to my mum. Thanks mum, for telling my teachers to just let let brent play sports and do art and it's all yo, work out. Ha, ha. You get good advice here.
