I think we should just mark the fact that those John Lewis statistics about women on the board woman chair woman deputy chair majority woman led executive team. We shouldn't gloss over that because they are remarkable statistics I mean we did get the uh footsy leaders review last week and that told us that only 19 percent of footsy 100 boards have women chairs so 81 percent don'tOnly 9 percent of women CEOs are in the footsy 100 so vast vast majority have men and women have just top 40 percent of board seats and a third of executive leadership teams.
