Climate Emergency
There's been a lot of talk in recent days about the phrase climate emergency, and whether we should be viewing this as an emergencyh. I would like o split that up into two separate things: If you're just sort of having like, a linguistic debate about what's the psychologically most effective way to frame this for the public; or if you're purely talking about empirical social science studies. And i've seen multiple studies at this point just showing the answer is like the boring social science - it varies by population and sub population. It depends to your talking to. Using the phrase extreme weather might work better than using the phrase climate change or climate emergency. This is true, by the way
