How to Create a Self Love Practice

Make a list of at least 30 things that make you truly happy. Then create time each and every single day to do one of those things. They don't have to be extraordinary things, they might be playing with your puppy or blasting Bohemian Rhapsody on the balcony. And then my final piece of advice for strengthening your confidence is to know your values. If you know what it is in life that you truly value over everything else, what your main priorities are, then it's so much easier to set specific things around and towards them.
