The Power of Physical Routine

Routine is about the beats that your brain is going to go through, right? It just gives them some structure. When you have three words that you're just kind of repeating at a relatively same pace, that allows your brainjust kind of helps your brain figure out what's what. And these routines only last 19 seconds. So just give it some time, give it some structure, practice it on the range like mine,. I don't say pull the trigger. That's not part of my mental routine. You actually say it out loud. Pull the trigger.It'd be amazing. If it works, it works.
