Designing for Non Consumption
A lot of times we talk about non consumption and it's trying to get people to realize that their products do a job to be done. We're talking about designing for non consumption. And in your opinion, who's usually better at looking for non consumption? Big companies or startups? Well, there's two things. The first thing is they have, they have barriers. I call it the church of finance basis says, I can't actually do something that's going to be either less margin or not generate a return that's equal to what we already do.
