Is the Feds Going to Stop Bumping Up Interest Rates?
Are you all making any projections about what the coming months and years will look like. What I think is that the feds will probably stop increasing interest rates sometime in 2023 maybe 2024. Things will start to train down again where we have an decrease in interest rates and hopefully pressing cap rates again.
