Cardio and General Physical Activity Is Great for Overall Health and Wellness

With high intensity interval training, I usually have my work to rest ratio somewhere around one to one. But there's some fluctuation there. Sometimes I'll do one unit of work to two units of rest. With sprint interval training, we see that we need to rest longer in order to actually do these work intervals at a maximal intensity. So the total duration of the session tends to be similar when we compare sprint interval training to highintensity interval training.
