The Importance of Metabolic Health

metabolic health is really the efficiency of your body being able to deal with how it produces energy and if it can do that without creating any adverse effects in your body, then you have full metabolic health. We're actually going to develop a tool so that people can come along and actually and do some diagnostics on their own metabolic health which will allow us to give them a bit of a rating. So we know it's a term that people don't really know about but we think it's important that people do understand it because it's almost the missing link in what has been kind of known to people.
