How to Breathe Deeply to Release Tension and Stress

As you continue to breathe deeply, bring attention to any areas of your body that are holding tension or stress. Now I would like you to imagine a candle about three feet in front of you. It's a long white perfectly straight candlestick with a bright flame on top of it. Look at the flame with a firm but comfortable gaze. With each exhale, imagine releasing any tension or stress from these areas. Allow your muscles to soften and let go  and drop and let go of any holding patterns,. Let go of any tightness.
