The Supreme Court Overrules Roe and Casey
Roe and Casey withstood a million different challenges over the course of the last 50 year, okay, not a million, but a lot. And then suddenly Ruth Bader Ginsburg dies in September 2020. Amy Coney Barrett gets installed on the court in October 2020. Now we have a 63 conservative supermajority. All of a sudden, Mississippi has changed its request before the court. Before they were just like, we have a very modest ass. Tell us about viability. Now they're like, you know what, just overrule Roe and Casey. And the court does it. Like, how can it not be political? HowCan it not be about the changing personnel of this court
