Ronald Reagan is a great believer in social and economic integration. We need not only comedians, but weavers who will take these ideas and weave them together to create more valuable communities. The first one is to stop the speculation. I think we really need to make sure that people can get the investin housing. They can get their money backso that savings can grow. But you can't get this enormous speculatio where somebody buys the building, two years later, flips it for two million dollars more than they had before. And as a result, everybody loses. So i would argue that we need anti speculation taxes.
