The SEC's Strategy for Suspending Everyone in Court

In the UK, they're trying to promote a grassroots movement from universities all the way through that produces talent. But what are we doing here in the US? That can't be the objective function. You've got the primary financial services regulator just basically suing everyone in courts all over the country. It's one of these things that's upsetting because if you do step back and look at the bigger picture, we're the exception. And it enters into a debate around what is everyone trying to really do.
