The Importance of Moderate Intensity Training

The most common fundamental error that a lot of runners make is doing too much of their training above or at moderate intensity. In the book, you're outlined some of the reasons why many runners fall into that trap and not realize that they're even jumping up into that moderate intensity. So that's where we want to be spending that 80% of our training at that below that 78% of heart rate max.
