The storm could ramp up for a half day or a day before the storm actually peaks, and then do the same thing on the other side. So wherever you are on the rth, if you get clear skies, i would go out on monday night, soon as it gets dark, and just see what you can see. And then keep an eye on twitter to see if other people are seeing the storm, and you'll get a sense on whether or not it's going to be happening at all. Good luck.
