There are some solutions that are out there right now that larger cities have. Cool pavement is a water-based asphalt treatment that reflects sunlight and brings the temperature on pavement down. Coating can be put on roofs or on buildings. In Roanoke, I think our priority in my mind is probably to deal with the emergency situation first because they have a lot of heat.
