The Brain Is Not Built by Anyone
The most fundamental concept is the brain was not built by anybody. The brain evolved as a fundamental difference between mechanisms and organisms. Organisms evolve according a very long almost infinite sequence of random events in the environment. So there's no algorithm that can reproduce how our brains evolve. And so those are non-computable events during halting, you know, the halting problem. You never know when a computer is going to stop performing a computation.
