In therapy, something I've been doing with my therapist is like, instead of saying, I have anxiety, I say I'm feeling anxiousness or I'm feeling anxiety. And then after in the book is I am whole, this wholeness, we tend to identify ourselves with our behaviors. We weigh ourselves down with guilt and shame.
