Build Reliable Software

The highest quality teams have some kind of QA baked into the entire pipeline, if you will. There can be a lot of complexity in how the rest of the product works that isn't the feature you're working on. That makes it harder to build reliable software than if you're deeply familiar with how things work and you kind of click around in it a lot.
