IFS Therapy
All of us have had some sort of a little tea traumas. It's not a given of the world that if something triggers you, then you have to sort of eliminate the trigger itself. The other way to go about it is to see what parts of you it is triggering and ultimately heal those parts. IFS is a modality to do that. So my own experience with therapy might be powerful. But the average therapist may or may not be as helpful to you. And there's some evidence to suggest that it's not as much about the form of therapy that you're doing, but how far the therapist themselves have come ahead in their own journey of healing and growth.
