The chief prosecutor of the military commissions, however fine an individual he may be, clearly does not speak for the secretary of defence. Every question that gets litigated takes at a minimum three months even get decided. The system itself is built to make it very difficult for military comission prosecutors toutuow produce information they're being compelled to produce. Even answering the question of what they should produce, and whether or not they ave produced it, and how they'll produce itis something that will invariably take years of litigation to resolve.
