Parents Matter the Most in the First Year
The countries that are the most successful at getting women back into work, provide high quality public child carensin facilities andin day caresies. In east germany, i think 95 % of infants were in daker ah, and women all went back to work a because therewas there was high quality, publicly funded decer centres. So if you really want to get women back into the work place, deker centres, rather than maternity leaves te way to do. But then wouldnt that be countered by argument that parents matter the most? They they're the ones that love their kids the most and want the best for them,. so it's better that we fund them to stay
