Critical Appraisal of Dual Sequential Defibrillation

This is an impressive study, and my congratulations to you and the team for doing such a great job. I think there are some things with any study that we just have to talk about so that you're aware of the limitations if you're going to use this in your practice. The biggest challenge moving forward with dual sequential defibrillation is that it's going to become much more common. It's going to be harder now to tease out the effect of whether it's better CPR, if it's better use of vector change or if it’s better use of dual sequential that led to these improvement in results.
