How to Pair Anxiety and Avoidance in a Relationship
You're still going to have to keep your side of the street very clean. If you get into that anxious attachment style sort of usual way of being, that will always damage a relationship and create the kind of dynamic that won't feel good for you. On the other side, if you know through this exploration that you have a fundamentally avoidant way of being with other people where it's difficult for you to get close to others, you dislike having a lot of emotional intensity in your relationships. It makes you uncomfortable. Those are easier pairings.
