What Is an Endoscope?

An endo is the name that we have in our own language for our language. And an exonym is the names that we have for a language of some other group of people. Tedesco and Aleman are all exonyms for German coming from the perspective of various other languages. Sometimes when a community wants to change the name of their language, that sometimes means replacing certain exonyms with something closer to how they're referring to themselves.
