This is y the longest bucket episode i've ever recorded. I just want to be open about the fact that when i have clients that come to me with sleep apne or asthma or other challenges, that sometimes we get mucasy. And it's like all a by product of nasal breathing and understanding by a mechanical breath. So inhaling through the nose, expanding the whole belly and the ribs and the back of the body, and exhaled through the nose. Do that right now. See how that feels. Does it calm your state? Does it expand your body? Does it give you some ease? This nasal breathing piece is perimportant when we look at all the research around nasal breathing
