What Makes These Patients Special?

Pneumonia and sepsis is bread and butter for any ICU. But knowing that this is a patient with known pulmonary hypertension, how does that make them different or special from anyone else who had this disease process? In what ways might they differ in how you think about them, what you're worried about, the course you project compared to anyone else?
