A sober look at spacks is a good primer to read. The bank gets paid so that the banks, banks love raise the facts. Just because a spack has raised money does not mean it will ride all the way through and become part of the acquired company. And if you're an investor in such a spack, you want to be a little bit cautious about this ritcause, of course, this will then affect the price,. that this back is willing to pay.
