If we can still put most of our energy into those that are open and lifelong learners I think you know that's how we will get out you know best bang for our buck. There's some really fabulous work being done in this space in case in terms of identifying the early adopters in a system. The dogmatic refuses of any any new information flip and become lifelong learners. Those who just don't have the mental capacity to deal with this new information and use itThose are the ones that are the most difficult to work with.
