The Five Categories of Social and Emotional Learning

Table One is a tentative list of relevant concepts and constructs for forms of social and emotional learning. They break down the five categories of CASL, self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, responsible decision making. In participatory SEL, they say there's communal orientation instead of individualism. Identity is put in terms of private regard, exploration, and resolution still as well. But in transformative SEL, you have communal orientation, like in participatory.
