Money Attachment Versus Money Avoidance

I find it interesting, and let's jump into this dicodome these money personality types. And two big ones that we often talk about our money attachment versus money avoidance. You mention that you and your siblings were quite on the money avoidance side. On the other hand, it sounds like your parents were on the money attachment side. Why do you think you all fell to money avoidance? Was it just as simply as we don't want to be our parents, or was there something more to it? I felt ashamed to even exist at times, because they were so attached to money,. every time they had to spend something on us, it hurt them.
