The Future of Streaming

Streaming makes more sense for the types of workflows we have, especially as we're moving towards more operational types of activities. I would love to see streaming become a bit more mainstream and easier to put into place in existing organizations where you maybe aren't able to think about all your processes beforehand before you actually set up these systems. But at the same time, I do see a lot of changes in innovation happening in the streaming world. It's not the most exciting thing to always talk about, but it's kind of fundamental. And that's originally what drew me to data engineering is just that it's so fundamental to any of the cool things that we want to do with data.
