Is This a Reprogram?
This year, this winter is not going to be too bad because European countries put their reserves at full capacity. But next year we'll probably be a reprogram because there is no more Russian energy coming. So if we don't somehow restore the ration ship, at least the energy ration ship or some form of energy ration ship with Russia, then it will be a repprogram. In particular, German industry, that's why many German films these days are spending big time to relocate the production elsewhere outside Europe.
