Roxfit’s Scale And Engagement

In this episode of the Rox Lyfe podcast, we chat with Ben and Joey from Roxfit.

Roxfit has grown from a simple HYROX workout timer into an app with more than 500,000 downloads, helping athletes track races, analyse performance, plan pacing and prepare for their next event.

We discuss how Roxfit started, why the app has grown so quickly and what the huge amount of HYROX race data they collect can tell us about performance and help us race faster!

Ben and Joey share some fascinating insights around pacing, including what happens when athletes start too fast, which stations correlate most closely with overall race time and why Roxzone performance matters more than many people realise.

We also discuss what they have learned from working closely with elite athletes including Joanna Wietrzyk, Charlie Botterill, Sinead Bent and Josh van Zeeland, and the habits and mindset that separate some of the best athletes in the sport.

Finally, we look at the next stage of Roxfit, including Roxfit Ultra, Athlete IQ, race-time predictions, personalised performance insights and new features that will allow you to compete against yourself, your friends and elite HYROX athletes during training.
