Sleep Deprivation Causes Weight Gain

Sleep deprivation is another calory free thing that can cause us to gain weight. People who slept less than six hours per night had a 32 % gain in their visceral belly fat, compared to the test subjects who were getting six or seven hours of sleep per night. It altered the way their metabolism is working. So this is another reason why something calory free, sleep deprivation, can devastate our metabolism and cause us to gained weight.
