How to Hire the Right People at Night
When he was looking for a job at night out in the beginning, best practice again, we did it like every other company. We recruited all these people with like five art director from Ogilvy and senior developer from Google. And they all want high S salaries, which we can barely pay. So that's why we started hiring either interns and training them or like higher entry level people who are not indoctrinated yet. That's what happens when somebody's been brainwashed in corporate environment for that long to do something a certain way. You can't teach an old dog new tricks.
