Bringing the Mind to a Peaceful State

We want to bring the mind to a peaceful state by first bringing the body where the body goes, the mind will invariably fall in. So long exhalation, soft, client belly, shoulders that are rotated back to open up the chest and dropped heavily away from the head,. Then finally, softening any muscles in the face we habitually tighten and allowing the eyes to settle behind the eyelids. When the eyes settle, I found that the mind is more likely to land in the present. And for a while, let's just practice bringing our life to a complete stop and rest.
