The State Doesn't Have to Substitute Private Education
The court said that the state doesn't have to substidize private education, right? But when they decide to do it. So once the state decides to open up a private education substidis then you cannot disqualify some private schools based solely on the fact that they are religious schools. And so that was te de main premise of that particular holding,. because o which you found in main, and what i found interesting was that they could actually try to go to schools out of state - as long as they adhered to the accreditation principles there in the state of maine.
